Having spent my life immersed in the world of football as a professional player (Eintracht Frankfurt, Darmstadt 98, and Borussia Dortmund) and co-founder of Onside Sports, the leading agency for off-season activities for professional football clubs in the European market, I've noticed a significant gap in holistic athlete development and individual guidance. Athletes often need help finding trustworthy professional advice, facing an overwhelming array of silo-thinking experts while seeking a partner to help them evaluate and meaningfully combine various disciplines.

My journey as an athlete (10 years on the German National team, a participant in the 2006 Winter Olympic Games, and 10-time German champion), personal trainer, nutritionist, economist, business psychologist, and father has taught me the power of resilience, self-reflection, and a balanced lifestyle.
